Return Policy

At Trutone Electronics, our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
If you wish to request an exchange or return, please review the following policy details.

We are pleased to offer exchanges or refunds on most merchandise (exceptions listed below) within 30 days from the date of receipt. Proof of purchase, such as a Trutone Electronics invoice, is required for all returns and warranty claims.

To qualify for a return, the product must be undamaged, include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Once approved, we will issue a refund or exchange, provided the merchandise is in the same condition as when purchased.
A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Please note:

  • No exchanges or refunds are available on defective items after 30 days from the purchase date. All products are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for items purchased for commercial use.
  • Headphones and Bluetooth headsets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
  • Previously returned or exchanged items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is refused and returned to Trutone Electronics, all associated return freight costs will also be deducted.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal or Affirm).
Wire transfer payments will be refunded via company cheque.
For exchanges involving a price difference, any balance owing or refund will be handled through the same payment method.

All returned items must include the original packaging materials, warranty card, manuals, and any accessories supplied by the manufacturer. Returns missing any components cannot be processed.

Trutone Electronics reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and determine whether a product is defective or in resellable condition.
Items showing physical damage, misuse, or missing components will not be accepted.
