Only 800 pairs exist worldwide, each numbered, signed by principal system engineer Chris Hagen, and packaged inside a specially crafted wooden crate.

Built on the same acoustic foundation as the L100 Classic MkII, the L100 Classic 80 retains the legendary 12-inch pure pulp cone woofer, 5.25-inch midrange driver, and 1-inch titanium dome tweeter in a front-ported 3-way design. What sets it apart is the exclusive oak wood veneer enclosure, the brown Quadrex foam grille with gold and black JBL logo, and the commemorative numbered plaque on both the front and rear of each speaker. JS-150 floor stands are included in the package, making this a complete system ready to place and play.

The same engineer who created the L100T3 in 1988 designed this anniversary edition, carrying decades of JBL engineering into a speaker that sounds as significant as it looks.

Features

Exclusive oak wood veneer enclosure — Limited to 800 pairs worldwide, with a brown Quadrex foam grille, gold and black JBL logo, and black satin wood frame.

Commemorative numbered plaque — Anniversary edition badges on the front and rear, including a numbered plaque signed by principal system engineer Chris Hagen with the individual pair number out of the total production run.

12-inch pure pulp cone woofer — Cast-frame JW300SW-8 driver in a front-ported bass-reflex enclosure for deep, controlled low-frequency output.

5.25-inch polymer-coated pure pulp midrange — JM125PC-8 driver handling the critical midrange frequencies with the same pure pulp cone design used across the Classic series.

1-inch titanium dome tweeter — JT025TI2-4 tweeter mated to an acoustic lens waveguide for smooth, extended high-frequency response up to 40 kHz.

High and mid-frequency L-pad attenuators — Independent level controls for the tweeter and midrange, letting you tailor the sound to your room.

Dual sets of gold-plated binding posts — Supports bi-wiring and bi-amping configurations.

JS-150 floor stands included — The recommended matching stands are part of the package, no separate purchase needed.

Specially crafted wooden crate — The entire matched pair system, including stands, ships inside a wooden crate built for the occasion.

Certificate of Authenticity included — Each package includes a certificate confirming the edition and pair number.

5-year warranty — Backed by JBL’s standard 5-year loudspeaker warranty.
