Price Match Promise
Price Match! makes sure you get the lowest price on every item you purchase from us. If you find the same product advertised under the same terms and conditions at a lower price by an authorized Canadian retailer, within 30-days of your purchase from Trutone Electronics Inc. We will gladly issue you a in-store credit for the difference. Bring your original Trutone sales receipt and the proof in print (i.e. newspaper ad or flyer) that the product you purchased is currently being advertised at a lower price, in Canadian dollars.
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to competitors' mail-in-rebates, coupon offers, free or bonus value-added offers, close-outs, liquidations, final clearance, limited or while-quantities-last, floor model or display stock clear-outs, door-crashers or limited time offers as well as advertising errors, misprints or items not available for immediate sale. Our policy applies only to advertised prices in the southern Ontario region only. It does not apply to other authorized retailer's special offers or promotions, including rebates, free-with-purchase offers, time or quantity specials, special financing offers or web deals. This offer does not apply to any online pricing. We reserve the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of our Price Guarantee without notice.
Warranty and Return Limitations
End Zone, quantity discount and clearance items listed on our web site are available for "in-store" sales only. Inventory of clearance items are subject to limited quantity, so please call ahead to confirm availability. Some Clearance items may be "floor models", "end of line", or "discontinued". All delivery, programming and service charges are final.
All new merchandise carries a full Manufacturers' warranty, and to be honored by the manufacturer and must be accompanied by original sales invoice. Extended warranty terms will be included with purchase of extended warranty plan. Merchandise can only be exchanged within 30 days from original date of purchase. A return or exchange will only be accepted on undamaged products with all original packaging, accessories and the original sales receipt. We will then exchange the product or issue an in-store credit, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition as when purchased, otherwise a MINIMUM 15% re-stocking fee will apply. No exchanges or credit on defective merchandise 30 days after purchase. No refund or exchange on display stock, clearance, limited quantity, special order items or products purchased for commercial use. All wholesale purchases are exempt from price match and return policies unless an agreement is documented with administration.
